Our client in Maputo is looking for Master Data Clerk/ ERP Data Clerk to join their team within the Retail Sector.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update product master data in the store system, including SKUs, product descriptions, pricing, barcodes, and units of measure.
- Perform inventory clean-up activities and ensure proper stock control.
- Ensure data accuracy and prepare inventory and operational reports.
- Provide support for ERP and store management systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
Experience - Experience in inventory control, stock reconciliation, or accounting preferred
- Experience in retail or FMCG environment is an advantage
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data cleaning)
- Knowledge of ERP/POS systems (e.g., Pastel, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
