Our client in Maputo is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join their team within the Public Health Sector.
Responsibilities
• Execute marketing strategies to increase sales and brand presence in the market.
• Ensure distribution of condoms and lubricants across different sales channels.
• Manage promotional campaigns, pricing, and trade marketing activities.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve market execution.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
• Support campaigns promoting safe sex and HIV prevention.
• Monitor product performance, availability, and campaign results.
• Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners.
• Control the marketing budget and track performance indicators.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or brand management.
• Experience in FMCG, trade marketing, or field marketing is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of distribution strategies, promotions, and campaign management.
• Good communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
• Result-oriented and execution-focused mindset.
• Passion for sexual and reproductive health and social impact.
