Proven experience in cut & bend operations within construction or industrial environments
→ Strong technical knowledge of reinforcing steel processing, fabrication, and handling
Ability to supervise teams and ensure productivity, quality, and strict safety compliance on site
→ Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate daily site activities and meet project targets
