Assignment Details:
- Project: LNG
- Scope of Work: QA/QC Inspection
- Site Location: Afungi, Mozambique, Africa
- Employment type: Freelancers/Ad hoc basis
- Project duration: No guarantee
- Food, accommodation and travel expenses: Will be provided by the client while on site
We require the hourly, daily, and monthly rates of freelancers. Require 18 Expats and 18 Nationals for the project.

1. Project Manager AND Coordinator (2 different positions)
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC inspection services.
- Experience as a Service Representative managing inspection activities.
- Strong background in onshore/offshore Oil & Gas or petrochemical projects.
- Proven capability in coordinating multidisciplinary inspection teams.
2. Lead Inspector
Requirements:
- 5-15 years of inspection experience.
- Industry-recognized inspection certification.
- Lead multidisciplinary inspection activities.
3. Welding / Structural Inspector
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of inspection experience.
- CSWIP 3.1/3.2 and AWS/CWI certification preferred.
- Experience in piping, mechanical, and structural fabrication inspections.
4. Static Equipment Inspector
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of relevant inspection experience.
- API SIFE or CSWIP 3.1/3.2
- Experience with pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and storage tanks.
5. Subsea / Marine Inspector
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of inspection experience.
- API 6A, 17D, 17F, and 17J knowledge preferred.
- Experience with subsea systems, wellheads, and umbilical.
6. Electrical / Instrumentation Inspector
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of inspection experience.
- API SIEE or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience with electrical equipment, control systems, DCS, ESD, and SCADA.
7. Piping Inspector
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience.
- CSWIP 3.1/3.2 or AWS/CWI certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pipes, valves, and fittings.
8. Rotating/Machinery Equipment Inspector
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of inspection experience.
- API SIRE certification preferred.
- Experience with pumps, compressors, and turbines.
9. Coating / Insulation / Fireproofing / Refractory Inspector
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience.
- NACE CIP Level 2 or ICorr Level 3 certification.
- Experience in Surface prep, coatings, insulation, and fireproofing.
10. HVAC Inspector
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience.
- Knowledge of AHRI, ASHRAE, and HVAC standards.
- Experience inspecting HVAC system installations.
11. Civil Inspector
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of ACI standards.
- Experience in concrete structures, piling, and underground piping.
12. Telecommunication Inspector
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of inspection experience.
- Knowledge of telecom industry standards.
- Experience with cabling, fiber optics, CCTV, and security systems
13. Surveyor
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, and Total Station.
- Experience in Dimensional control, module fabrication projects.
14. NDE Specialist
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience.
- ASNT SNT-TC-1A or PCN Level III certification.
- Strong expertise in Non-destructive examination audits
15. Ultrasonic Testing Technician
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience.
- ASNT SNT-TC-1A or PCN Level III certification.
- Proven hands-on ultrasonic testing verification.
16. Positive Material Identification (PMI) Technician
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience.
- PMI certification and XRF equipment knowledge.
- Experience conducting Positive material identification testing
17. Logistics Inspector
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of logistics standards.
- Experience in Loading, unloading, shipment, preservation
18. Expediter
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience.
- Strong project management knowledge.
- Experience Schedule tracking, progress monitoring.
19. Quality Auditor
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience.
- ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or IRCA certification preferred.
- Experience conducting QMS audits at manufacturing facilities
