Hiring: HR Associate Manager / Manager – Mozambique
We’re looking for an experienced HR Associate Manager / Manager to join the FuelBuddy team in Maputo, Mozambique.
This is an exciting regional role supporting our Southern Africa operations in Mozambique, Zimbabwe, and Zambia, where you’ll partner with business leaders to drive talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational growth across multiple markets.
We’re looking for someone with:
5–8 years of HR experience
Strong knowledge of Mozambique labour laws
Experience in multi-country HR operations (preferred)
Fluency in Portuguese and English
A passion for building high-performing teams
